Selecting the Right Legal Strategy
While Kathryn Fox has earned a reputation as an aggressive and successful litigator, we realize that this is not always the first approach for solving all disputes. We think a common sense approach to litigation is more efficient and cost-effective for our clients. In fact, we think that the court house is usually the last place to go to resolve the disputes we handle.
As a Valley native, Kathryn has practiced in the area since 1981. She has served as a volunteer mentor in her community and believes in home-town values and civic engagement.
Whenever possible, we seek to resolve disputes cost-effectively through negotiation. We also utilize alternative dispute resolution techniques such as mediation and arbitration.
We do not advocate litigation as the first step. However, when litigation appears necessary, we work aggressively to protect our clients' interests and achieve our clients' goals. We are in trial on an on-going basis and we prepared to go to court whenever necessary.
